Greetings:
For many years I have been interested in being as healthy as possible by integrating new ideas and experiences into new or modified approaches to diet, work, exercise, etc. For me, good health and minimizing the negative effects of aging, (or should I say minimize aging) is a process, it is not static, and it is done by establishing rules and routines. I look at good health as an evolution in positive results in how I feel, look, in my endurance and variety of activities, in staying disease free, prevention, and maintaining excellent results in blood tests.
What comes to your mind when you see the following photograph?

Once or twice a day I mix spinach, carrots, garlic, green pepper, celery, red cabbage, parsley, and cucumber into this fabulous tasting juice. This is a highly alkalizing drink and eliminates free-radicals, and neutralizes acids. The results of this are lower cholesterol, minimal body fat, a stronger immune system, and a well-functioning digestive system. It's definitely an acquired taste. |

This is an example of making smart choices for your body. I had certain goals and daily intake of this juice, in conjunction with other practices, gave me results in achieving the goals.
